DARPA has accounced the winners of the 2007 Urban Challenge, The robots had to complete the 60 mile course in less then 6 hours. But they also had to obey all California traffic laws, The bot with the least traffic infractions and the best time wins. DARPA made it clear that the first bot to cross the finish line is not necessarily the winer, after they calculate if there are any traffic violations causing time added to there run they where able to figure the winners.
The order the bots actually crossed the finish line was 1. Stanford 2. Tartan Racing 3. Victor Tango, Below is the actual winers order.

1st Place - Tartan Racing, Pittsburgh, PA

2nd Place - Stanford Racing Team, Stanford, CA

3rd Place - Victor Tango, Blacksburg, VA
