November 2, 2006 Photoshop No Comments

At times one need to go backward and remove the effects applied on an image
and that too in some areas of the image. History brush comes handy in such situations.

1. OPEN YOUR FILE

Start by opening a image of your choice, here we chose a of a pair of sunflowers.

2. BLUR THE IMAGE

From filter menu select blur then radial blur.

Change the blur method to zoom and adjust settings as shown.

4. REMOVE THE EFFECT

We want to remove the effect of radial blur from the sunflower and let it be
there for the rest of the image. Select history brush tool (Y).

Erase the effect over the flower.

Using history brush we have remove the effect on flower keeping radial blur on
rest of the image intact.
5. DONE
