Create yourself a nice little bar code

First create a new file (width: 200 height: 90).Now fill your background with white.
Now go to (filter > add noise) and use the settings used in the image to the right.

Next Go to (filter > blur > motion blur). Use the settings in the image to the right.

Now click on the rectangle marquee tool in your tool box. Make a selection
toward the bottom of your document. Fill in the selection with white. Look
to the image at the right for reference.
