Cold Ice

Make your canvas freezing cold in this tutorial.

1) Make a new document, anysize doesn’t matter. Press CNTRL+D to reset your pallete colors. Make sure your background is BLACK.

2) Apply Filter>Render>Clouds.

3) Apply Filter>Artistic>Plastic Wrap with these settings:

4) Go to Image>Adjustments>Levels and apply these settings:

5) Filter>Distort>Polar Coordinates:

6) Right click the layer and go to Duplicate. Set the new top layer to Screen.

7) Apply Filter>Artistic>Plastic Wrap again:

8) Apply your colors now, press CNTRL+U.
